Hair test analysis  ·  chronic health education

Your chronic symptoms are not a life sentence.

When the same fatigue, anxiety and pain return no matter what you do, the problem is rarely the symptom — it is the terrain underneath. This is the story of how hair tissue mineral analysis and Susan Cachay's protocol helped me shift deep-rooted chronic issues I had spent years failing to fix.

Section 02 — The pattern

What deep-rooted looks like

Chronic issues rarely arrive alone. They cluster — fatigue with anxiety, poor sleep with brain fog, cravings with cold hands — because they share one underlying terrain. These are the patterns I lived with, and the ones a hair test finally made sense of.

01

Chronic fatigue & burnout

The kind of tiredness sleep does not fix — your engines are idling, not empty.

02

Adrenal exhaustion

Wired and tired, unable to rally, crashing hard after any effort.

03

Thyroid imbalance

Cold, sluggish, gaining weight on little — a pattern, not a verdict.

04

Anxiety & low mood

Often chemistry before it is character. The terrain sets the tone.

05

Brain fog & poor focus

The mind that will not clear, no matter how much coffee you pour in.

06

Broken, unrefreshing sleep

You sleep, but you do not recover. The repair cycle has stalled.

07

Blood sugar swings & cravings

The mid-afternoon crash, the sugar pull, the shakiness between meals.

08

Digestive bloating & discomfort

A gut that is reactive and unsettled, often linked to mineral terrain.

09

Muscle tension & cramps

The brace your body holds all day; the calf that seizes at night.

10

Hair thinning & cold extremities

Slow, quiet signs that the system is running below its set point.

A

Test

It begins with a hair tissue mineral analysis — a small sample that reveals the mineral levels, ratios and metabolic pattern your body has been running for months. Not a diagnosis, but a map of the terrain underneath your symptoms.

B

Reveal

The report shows what blood tests usually miss: your oxidation rate, adrenal and thyroid ratios, the calcium shell, the metals you have been carrying. For the first time, the exhaustion has an address.

C

Rebalance

A staged protocol of targeted minerals, dietary shifts and lifestyle support — built around your own data, paced so a depleted body can actually use what it is given, and adjusted with each retest as the terrain rebuilds.

The therapist who hit a wall

Fig. 03 — Rebuilding, one retest at a time

“I had spent twelve years treating other people's chronic pain. Then my own body stopped cooperating — and every blood test came back normal.”

For years I helped clients break the chronic-pain loop with hands-on work and education. Then, slowly, the fatigue, brain fog and low mood arrived in my own life — and none of the tools I taught others could touch it. I pushed through, assumed it was stress, and quietly felt like a fraud.

A hair tissue mineral analysis changed the picture. For the first time, the exhaustion had an address: a slow oxidation pattern, exhausted adrenal ratios, a calcium shell. Following Susan Cachay's protocol — slowly, with retests — I rebuilt the terrain underneath the symptoms instead of suppressing them. This site is what I learned.
